Spanish + English Customer Support and Sales Agent

Were a company looking for a candidate who has experience with customer support and sales to work with us!

I need someone who is a fast learner and follows the instructions as they are given.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Deliver great customer support to our English and Spanish speakers customers (Email)
- Work on sales (through Whatsapp)
- Issue refunds
- Translation tasks
- Facebook moderation
- Weekly reports to managers

REQUIREMENTS
- Really likes helping people
- Speak Fluent English AND Spanish
- Can work FULL TIME and start right away
- Has a decent laptop and internet connection
- Has a cell phone exclusively to work
- Has past experience with customer support
- Available to work during weekends
- Can follow instructions and is a fast learner
