Specifications:
- We are currently set up as a single member LLC (SMLLC)
- 0 employees
- Only have Independent contractors/freelancers

Goals:
-AVOID taxes LEGALLY
-Minimize Taxable Income
-Increase Business Write Offs

We are an incredibly fast growing internet start up. Weve helped over 600 people launch and grow the online businesses. Its been an amazing ride but now its the end of the year and we want to minimize our Taxable Income and save as much as possible for 2019 business expenses.

I spent the past 12 hours researching as much as I could and I have VERY specific questions about our unique situation. The biggest thing Ive learned is there are SO many laws written to help businesses - and we want to take FULL advantage of those laws.

Potential questions relate to filing taxes, expected tax rates, writing off legitimate business expenses, maximizing deductions, taking advantage of depreciation/credits and a lot more..

What were really looking for is the best and the brightest (hence why were open to negotiations)

We understand that a Tax Advisor can be the biggest cost for our business due to laziness, negligence, or lack of experience but can also make us the most money by keeping more money in our pockets!

We want the largest long term benefit and were looking for top level CPAs.

Hiring is highly dependent on insight provided in the application. Upon hiring and receiving consultation, we want to build a very lucrative, mutually beneficial, and LONG TERM relationship!

Qualifications:
Proficient in Tax Law / Tax Code
Preferably have a Masters of Tax degree
Preferably have experience representing clients during an Audit
Preferably have experience working with Start ups
**Ability to Prepare Tax returns, while simultaneously works to reduce taxes AND reduce change of an audit**

Qualities:
Rockstar Accountant
Not afraid of the IRS
Accurate
Patient and thorough

Were hard working, passionate people, but we made many mistakes in our first year of business. We need someone who cares about our business just as much as we do! And we need this help ASAP!
