Symantec Client Management Suite Powered by Altiris Specialist

REMOTE Senior Consultant will assist Customer with the implementation of Symantec Client Management Suite Powered by Altiris (PMSS/C) deployment; to include architecture design of the management infrastructure, installation and configuration of the Symantec Management Platform server(s), and installation of the Symantec Management Agent to targeted endpoints. Customer has -2750 endpoints.

Performance period: 2 Weeks
* Phase 1, Stage 1: Planning
* Phase 2: Plan and Design
* Phase 3: Build and Deploy
* Phase 4: Operation and Improvement

The consultant will leverage Symantecs best practice consulting methodology consisting of a situational assessment, architecture review and design, tested and piloted transformation, and transition into on-going operations. These efforts will be directed at the customers stated project elements including:
- Architecture design and review (SMP Servers, Site Servers, SQL , Active Directory)
- All CMS Server and required components will be installed in Azure - including Microsoft SQL
- Install and configure Symantec Management Platform Servers(s) and required Client Management Suite Solutions
- All CMS Solutions will be installed but only Patch Management is in scope for this engagement
- Cloud Enabled Management (CEM)
- Deployment of Symantec Management Agent and required plugins to pilot group
- Document final design and configuration
- Knowledge transfer to Symantec Administrator(s)
