Maintenance upgrades and migrate a Wordpress/Woocommerce site

We have an e-commerce website running wordpress and woo commerce and a custom theme.

Looking for somebody top help to do the following:

1- Migrate hosting provider (so move whole website)
2- create testing/staging environment which is synced with live site
3- setup good backup/restore functionality (updraft? or similar)
4- integrate Cloudflare
5- Update all plugins and core wp/woo files to latest versions

On top of this, we would like an on-going relationship so when we need to make a big change or add functionality we can have support and assistance.

Great spoken english is essential
