My Mom recently passed away and I am looking for an artist to do a portrait of her from a photograph. Id like the medium to be in oil or acrylic but am open to suggestions such as ink or even charcoals.I am on a really tight budget, i know people say this all the time but I truly mean it. i have a budget of $80-$120. even with that im gonna have a steady diet of itchiban and KD for a month. Lol
