Looking for Assistant to work with Manager (e-commerce)

Assistant Requirements:

1. Must be able to comprehend and write in English Fluently (without grammar errors)

2. Be able to follow direction and understand what tasks has to be completed

FOR EXAMPLE:

- Commenting on comments from customers on facebook,
- assisting in email marketing tasks or taking over email marketing campaigns since its really easy once you are trained
- Supplier relations (making sure they receive ASN numbers and products are being ordered on time)
- checking inventory and making sure it matches with the fulfillment center
- if an item is low on stock or soon to be low on stock - talk to the team or manager about it or if you have authority you can go ahead and speak to the supplier and make the order directly.

3. this is a part time position (4-6 hours a week) - which will be a long term full time position when the team feels comfortable to assign you more tasks and still be able to stay organized.

4. Be able to be organized and contribute to the team and business with ideas, suggestions and so on.
