MQL programmer required to make tweaks to an MQL4 file

I have an MQL4 file that is crashing the MT4 platform each time I use it for Forex.

I need someone to identify whether there is a bug, whether the file is too CPU intensive and to then make appropriate changes to ensure it doesnt crash/freeze the MT4 platform and works correctly.

I suspect this is a simple and quick job for a competent MQL4 programmer.
