Facebook Ad "Ad Creative" Designer Wanted

We are looking for a Facebook Ad Creative designer.
NOT a Facebook ad manager.

We will supply the photos/videos and tell you which product we want to create Facebook ad creatives for - and then your job will be to think about the most effective and interesting way to present our product via Facebook ad creatives.

Please have a keen understanding of social media product marketing. We are looking for someone who understands the psychology of selling online via FB ads as well as - having a keen understanding of what makes a great FB ad.

Please provide examples of your work and a description of why youd be good at this job. This will be an ongoing part-time job into the foreseeable future.
