Need Engineer for electrical LED design for current and ongoing projects

We are a design company and we are looking for an engineer who is familiar with electrical engineering and industrial design. We design B2B products that are used in the consumer space and we are always looking for ways to innovate new ideas and concepts to develop interesting products.

We are currently working on a product that we need immediate help with working out a problem we are having in the way to install LED lighting on this product and making it function in a specific way. The specific problem is to have two different elements that are connected be lit initially but when they are pulled apart the light goes from 70% (when together) to 100% (when apart). We need to solve this problem fairly quickly and to help the manufacturing team find a way to easily understand and implement this solution inside the product.

Hoping to connect with someone we can work with for a long term on other projects as they come up and maybe even help develop new projects.
