Funny Animated Explainer Video Needed for Junk Removal Company

Im looking for a short 2D animated explainer video with narration for my Junk Removal company. I plan on using the video for facebook ads. Im thinking roughly one minute long. I have some vector resources of my logo, a dump truck, and a background that you can incorporate.

I have a funny concept in mind and would like help bringing it to life. budget is $500 to $1000. This can be a flat rate project if youd like, will possibly one 50% milestone.
