Twilio integration expert needed for "hold" and "forward" call features implementation

I am making POC for a client.
There are 3 main requirements
1. Able to receive inbound call from browser and make outbound call from browser
2. Put caller on hold by pressing a button
3. Forward call between twilio numbers

Point 1 is done by using PHP as backend language. I am having issues while implementing others. I have tried enqueue method but it is not working.
