Migration to be done via Exalate, which is already installed.
Some requirements:
* IssueID will adopt new project code but keep the same relative ID
* Intra-project issue links will be maintained
* Epic and Parent relationships to be maintained
* relationships to be maintained
* attachments and images should also be maintained if possible

Configurations for the Sync Rules (outgoing, create, change) to be provided.
