Graphic Designer for Websites & UX Designer

I am looking for a Graphic designer who creates graphics from scratch and designs the whole UX experience. You must be a graphic designer by core and have experience designing websites using custom images that you draw yourself (not just find custom stock images - this is not graphic design work).

Ideally you are also a front-end designer so you know the principles of bootstrap methodology and understand responsiveness.
