Need to devise a blueprint for genetics database for precision medicine research. Massive amount of data and need to be highly efficient with low latency. Seeking experienced data engineer and architect for consulting and advice.

2) Withdraw data
3) Manipulate data
4) Achieve maximum efficiency

Basic information:
1) What is the volume of Data?

around 2 to 20 petabytes

2) Is it a structured data or combination of structure and semi structure data?

raw human genetics data (nucleotide and genetic mutations)

3) As for user interface what you prefer?

basic interface is sufficient for now
