Youll be answering phones, troubleshooting basic network related problems, updating and closing tickets, maintaining health status of devices and report problems. Full Training provided. Analytical skillset is a must, outside of the box thinker, self-managed, attention to detail, great communicator, and organized. Understanding servers and firewalls is a bonus.
