I am looking for an SAP expert with knowledge in back-end data infrastructure. I have a project that require access to SAP back-end tables and I need help to formulate a request to IT department (or Help desk) to maximize the chances of acceptations. I need to know what is the best desktop tool to automate back-end data extraction from SAP. The more precise my request is, the more chance there is for acceptation.
