need a developer to create a game on an app to run inside an existing app

I am working in with a software developer who has developed financial software for budgeting for people to achieve their financial goals. Alongside that software i want to run an interactive game called budget coach where we have a simulated coach character that talks and provides instructions and creates goals so that it keeps clients ontrack to meet our financial goals and they have rewards along the way. When they reach their milestones they are rewarded with a sound like a cash register and $$$ and a star. They collect so 5 stars and then they get a one hour free consultation with our Financial Planning Department. This game will be totally online and the client will pay a monthly subscription to it. I have already done all the work around doing the subscription and the budgeting stuff - i just need a developer to create the character and develop the game to work in with the software. I have not completely got the full concept of what i want yet but i have the outline of it and when get get the basic outline of it then the smaller bits will fall into place -
