What do I want to be done? Create a blog that matches the blog on Medium. The inner page and main page.
What is my vision for completion? A mobile and web-optimized blog that looks good and works.
Why are we doing this? So we can share our content with clients
When are we starting this task/project? ASAP
What are the milestones along the way? The inner blog page, main blog page, comment section, mobile-optimized
What is the final drop-dead deadline? Sunday
Story of what the stakes are if this goes well and if it goes poorly? If the project goes well, you will get 100% positive feedback/review and maybe even a bonus. If we fail to meet the deadline, I will hire someone else to take over on Sunday night.
The most important thing for me is communication.
We will use Basecamp to do project management.
