Anime Style Artist Needed

Hello!

I am currently looking for an artist for my Webcomic. I have the first chapter posted (which was drawn by another artist, not me). Id recommend reading it before thinking about applying. I currently have 40 chapters outlined, with 14 in their near final draft. When working on the first chapter I found that one chapter was enough for nearly 200 panels. Ive drawn a few of my characters on my Instagram. I also have several character design pages that show several future Characters (I colored them myself, so its not the best). This might help you gauge how intricate the designs will be (I tried to keep them simple).

The story itself will be action orientated, so dynamic posing will be necessary. It will also be in black and white, with some instances of color (which will mostly be during action scenes). The story may get violent at times, but nothing too violent.

Since I am planning to make this a long running comic, there are many different mechanics or rules that will need to followed when drawing characters (like when and how to color things). Characters will need to be drawn consistently. I also would like someone who is able to draw on a regular basis. If possible I would like bi-weekly chapters that are about as long as the sections I have posted.
