Im looking for an experienced writer that has knowledge in the home inspection,real estate,construction industry that will write newsletters, social media posts and blog articles for me.

You must be based in the US with no exceptions as localized content is key to success on my end.

Writing style must be a functional combination of having previous experience writing in this space (can you write content that has real value to readers), while at the same time showcasing your engaging personality that will entertain people and make for a great piece of writng.

Your witty writing style will clearly come out in your work and not just being another standard well-researched piece of content that covers the bases and gets immediately deleted.

Having an idea of SEO, keywords, compelling topics etc are all good attributes of what Im looking for especially on blog posts, but shouldnt be the only focus as having a solid idea to what constitutes a healthy balance between functional writing for technical purposes vs writing that engages is really important to producing top notch content.

With that experience in the home inspection, DIY, contractor and real estate space, I will need samples of previous work done to ensure a good fit that matches our audience.

Content would include at least one royalty-free image to compliment your writing.

Blog posts will include one royalty-free image, newsletters will include one royalty-free image and social media posts will include one royalty-free image per post.

Having experience writing blog posts, newsletters and social media is key to the right person we need. Assume youll be writing all three types of content for us.
