Operations manager(Will be CO-founder) needed for a startup company in the fashion industry .

Im looking for an operation manager(Co-founder) who can basically take the idea written on a piece of paper to the customers doorstep . Of course this will not be done with him/her alone , a team will be built , the person must have leadership skills , must have a proven record of leading a team , filling in the positions needed to scale the company . Now we are in the pre startup stage which means we just recently started talking to suppliers , getting quotations etc . For this particular project the operations manager would help me firstly pitch the idea to investors to receive funding secondly file the company , thirdly help in sourcing the highest possible quality of the product and forth drawing out the blueprint needed . Now taking all this into regards , yes it will be challenging but the reward is very promising , it would be an equity based reward , having part ownership of the company . Now today the company is written on a piece of paper , like any other company once was , however a year from now we could be 20 plus employees . If you are a leader and you can help in execution of ideas from startup then please feel free to message me . The part ownership of the company will be talked about on a call . The company would make 100 million in its first year (sounds too good to be true , just message me) if all marketing tactics are applied correctly and you could have part ownership of that company . You must be based in either the U.S. , U.K. or A.U.
