Configure failover IP on Hetzner server (Virtual machine)

I have a Hetmier server on which virtual machines in Hyper-V are made.
I have a failover IP that I want to route to Windows-based and Linux based virtual machine.
I need someone to take Anydesk and configure IP.
For someone experienced this is probably 20 min job.
