There is an active case where I and a fictitious business are both named as defendants. I would like to file for a motion to quash service right away.
Then a motion dismiss for improper venue, then a and answer , then a motion for summary judgement.
Then a rule 68 offer of judgement ..
But im open to flexibility on strategy, when receiving your expert tutelage :)
