Need assistance with Apache HTTP Server and IDX Performance Improvements

Need help with identifying and resolving server performance issues for a Wordpress real estate website. Specifically, site is running on an Apache server and is taking a very long time until TTFB. 301 redirects are taking up to 6 seconds. Need assistance determining why and implementing fixes to improve performance.

Also, running ihomefinder IDX. Performance issues with js compression and minification require troubleshooting and performance enhancement.
