Designer/Developer to customize Wordpress Theme | experience with CUSTOM Parallax -Flexible Budget-

Overview:
Design and customization of a responsive WordPress theme for interaction designer portfolio, including implementing a unique layered parallax effect. (Unsure of project cost, please include bid)

An example of the type of parallax effect I will share with shortlisted candidates

The type of theme to customize:

(I am open to other suggestions in the same style if you are more familiar with a particular theme other than bridge)

Delivery will include finished theme with content that I provide, tested to work smoothly across different sized devices. Would be happy to receive customized theme, add content myself, and hand over for finishing, but flexible to working arrangement.

This pages the theme will need:
* Customized one page scrolling landing page starting with a unique layered parallax effect and continuing to more standard elements - selected projects, clients, services, contact.
* Additional pages - detailed about page, detailed services page, separate full portfolio, separate blog - all these can be from existing clean theme such as bridge10 linked above.

Ideally, freelancer is a designer with enough front end chops that has experience implementing their own design by customizing WordPress themes, and has done projects with custom parallax effects (elements moving sideways at specific points, layered elements, some animated, similar to milk is nice link above)
