Vonage/GoogleVoice Issues - Law Firm seeks help setting up virtual receptionist and call forwarding

Lawyer, not IT person. Migrated from Google Voice to Vonage last year and had office manager setup system. Doesnt work properly. Google Voice isnt forwarding. Would like to keep GoogleVoice number as an active number because its been used on advertising and media since 2015. Presently these calls are only forwarding part of the time and we are missing client calls and calls from other lawyers.

Additionally, I dont think my Vonage lines are setup for what I need. I dont understand all of the tech lingo, despite being somewhat tech saavy.
