Need a Squeeze Page in Wordpress and Some Wordpress Changes

Why is this so hard to do?

This is not a very hard job at all for the right person I basically need somebody to set me up with a squeeze page for a real estate company. For the right person it may literally be a few minutes of work but I am just overwhelmed with work at the moment and this is the easiest to outsource. (removed by Toogit admin)
I also need some changes to an existing website done. It should also be very fast. I need content to be added to a responsive table on the homepage. Content is already posted so it is just a matter of copying and pasting the info once you set the table up.

Looking to hire within 24 hours as this is a hot project.
