Looking for a Youtube Video Creator and Editor for a Religious (Sikhism) Channel

A Video Creator to manage the process

-Source and edit video content to upload to youtube channel
-Create Thumbnail for videos
-Create title,
-Create Description
-Create Tags
-Videos to be 10 minute long+
All optimised for video

Videos are religious, meditative videos within Sikhism. Knowledge of Sikhism preferred.
