Help to choose development architecture for Rental Marketplace that has nonordinary complexities.

We have been considering using the ShareTribe Go opensource platform to build our MVP. We need some functionality that is not supported natively by the architecture.

1. Peak, non-Peak pricing.
2. Session data type, it starts when a user enters a location, ends when the user initialized checkout, and then computes the price to be charged to the customer (instead of a fixed price per listing)
3. Management dashboard for each listing, since each listing will have more than one active session, and they have to be able to manually checkout the customers in real time.

In summary, this solution needs more business logic to determine the price of the transaction, and needs a simple admin dashboard for each listing.

For this job, what we require is a simple consultation on what the next steps could be. Considering, we prefer not build something from scratch, since this is just to prove an idea. We have some technical knowledge to work within an existing codebase but not fluent to program it by ourselves. The technologies used have to be decently common in order to occasionally hire developers to help us.
