Need help designing a commission based pay plan for an established concrete polishing company.

We need help creating a commission based pay structure for sales in our polished concrete company. This would include creating formulas on a spreadsheet that would use data such as Revenue, COGS, Overhead, and profit data combined with typical profit margins and expected target sales. I expect most of your time will be spent conversing on the phone or zoom us with me to come up with the best pay structure for the company.
I would like to work with someone who has experience with several commission based pay structures.
