Design an Email Signature that links to Instagram feed

I would like a developer to design an email signature that is compatible across Outlook, Gmail and most email service providers. I would like the e-signature to include a live Instagram feed (3 latest posts) that updates automatically, or within 24-48 hours.

I have attached a mockup of the Email Signature design which includes the fonts required, the composition, links required. I would like the design to be EXACTLY the same as this.

I will share a logo and the social media icons to use wuth shortlisted candidates.
