Someone to add sub-titles to existing videos

I have about 5 hours of video in English in my Vimeo account and would like to find someone who can easily run the videos through a program of some kind to add English sub-titles to them so that my viewers can read as well as hear what is being said. You will have to demonstrate that whatever technique you use transcribes the video accurately and that the whole thing works well with Vimeo. The contract will go to the freelancer who can do this well and inexpensively.
