Fitness tracking app iOS

Thanks for taking interest in the project. Im looking to build an exercise/calorie tracking app with social capabilities designed for iOS. Im looking for a developer who has the experience and ability to create a custom user-friendly interface. Outside of being extremely creative, the developer must also provide options on monetizing this app.

Im open to any and all suggestions for this app. Please see the details below.

1. The app will need a clean interface to log and recall users workout histories and calculate calories burned.

a. Dates of workouts (Calendar)

b. Workout location

c. Workout duration

e. Workout goals

f. Workout schedule

g. Calories burned during workouts

h. Workout notes

i. Users self-rating of workouts


2. The app will also need the functionality to share publicly and privately the users workout activities via a dashboard.

a. Milestones achieved

b. Milestone leader board for friends list

c. Share workouts with friends/other app users

d. Group Challenges


3. User profile

a. User Avatar (Changeable images/icons)

b. Name (Displayed as first name last initial)

c. Age range (18-29, 30-49, >50)

d. Exercise experience level (Beginner, Advanced)

e. Location (Displayed as city and state)


4. The app will need to connect to a message board

a. The community will pull users profile details listed above

b. The community of user will share tips and encourage one another

c. Community leader board


5. Additional functions

a. Goal progress notifications (Day of the week and time of this notification to be set by user)

b. Push notification

c. Challenges with friends

d. Earn badges

e. Siri integration
