I need you to develop a solar panel with a circuit which shall be used to run a submersible pump 0.25 Watt ( 5V 47mA) for approximately 4 hours a day. This product will be used in EU and US region. The solar panel will be placed indoors so an Amorphous solar panel wold be ideal.

The solar panel should ideally be one single unit with an USB socket to connect the pump.

the solar panel will ideally be mounted on the inner side of a window.
