-Small landscape construction company looking for someone with experience reading CAD, hand drawn plans and developing material take-offs for quotes and job orders. Examples of work are flagstone patios, decks, arbors, fences, gravel patios, Steel fencing and retaining walls, rock walls, concrete work, and irrigation.

-sourcing quotes from vendors with material lists.

-critical path method or gantt charts for jobs

-Using companies numbers, and past data to develop accurate quotes. Help with building database and open to more efficient ways of job and labor data.

-Willing to use companies processes and software (LMN, ASANA) to complete accurate bids/material lists
