Developer need to build a data analysis database and visualisation

I need an experienced developer with experience in data visualisation to build an analytical system and interface that can
(1) perform analysis on companies financial statements and transaction data (i.e. customer purchase, marketing costs, transaction value, etc), i.e. calculate ratios based on standard data sets (CSV/Excel formats);
(2) build a library of those data sets over time (which would be tagged by industry, size, geography, time, etc.);
(3) benchmark these metrics against public companies;
(4) visualise those key metrics in a nice and clear web-based output - easy for users to view.

It is an one-off project for now. Work can be done remotely. A developer with more than 2 years experience is preferred. Total duration of the project is under 3 months.
