I am looking for a Graphic Designer (motion design) preferably from CIS for one (so far) Canadian project, who can provide a solution using Adobe Animate for changing the display of material in videos on IT topics. You need to animate everything that looks like static text on the screen. Specific details / ideas will be presented in the course of further communication. If you feel that you are interested in this and are confident in implementing this type of task, please send your proposal with your previous work.
