Mechanical study and 3D design

Talanted and experienced mechanical engineer needed, with a good knowledge of industrial production (plastic moulding). The objective is to redesign a medical device parts, for a faster and easier manufacturing.

The current assembly works, is reliable and is currently mass produced. The only drawback is that the assembly process is very slow with the current design. Therefore we are looking at designing a slightly different linkage between several pieces of the assembly, to make the device easier to assemble during mass production.

There are 3 stages for the project:
1. Qualitative study
2. Quantitative study
3. Production of 3D files
