Developer/Programmer needed to extract database from a windows programm (C++)

I have a programm installed dastelefonbuch on a computer. The database is stored as a .db file, which is accessed by the program. In it there is an export possibility, but it is limited to 75 lines at a time, and as there are around 400k lines, it would be very tedious work. Need someone to disassemble the program and extract the whole database. Using a Any suitable format (csv, excel, sql, other) will do.
I will provide a virtual machine with the installed programm, or an installer file as per your request.
Time is of essense.
