Need someone can design a 3D full body avatar

Avatar Character will need to be both male/female availability and user needs to make other choices such as skin color, hair types and colors different types of clothes plus different body shapes.

What Im hoping to do is create an avatar based on users height and weight that user can customize hair clothes skin color

Avatar will need to change body shapes (larger/smaller) based on user inputs
