Streaming service/VOD expert needed for consultation

Were a health and fitness business located in Central Europe, mainly selling gated video content. Up until now, weve been hosting our videos on Vimeo, but were starting to outgrow the platform.

Were looking for an expert, who can advise us on setting up a custom streaming/VOD solution.

Most of what were looking is the following:
- it can smoothly deliver HD and 4k content to the web browser
- it can handle a few dozen concurrent users on regular days, up to a few hundred on special occasions (like marketing events), without playback issues
- its under a $1000 per month, preferably much lower
- in case of significant business growth, its scalable to more users
- it can manage high (30-60TB) monthly bandwidth/outgoing traffic without extra charges
- it can prevent unauthorized downloads and embedding
- it can store up to 5TB of video content without extra charges
- its low maintenance
