We experience problems with our site - google notify us that it cant crawl our site and google test results that our robots.txt is not accessible and even our pages are not accessible. Our pages uses Opencart and WP.

I contact my hosting provider and they told me that it is our fault but I doubt because we didnt changed anything and it just stops working.

I need help to find what is the reason.
