Assembled PCB not working. Need someone to debug it.

I have an assembled PCB that plugs onto the top of a Raspberry Pi, however some elements in the PCB are not working. I need someone to debug the circuit/schematic. Please note that there are no manufacturing defects as far as I know, no solder bridges, etc so the issue is likely with components or schematic.

If we work together, I will ship the assembled board I have to you, provide all the schematics and board files and any thing else that is needed to run the tests.
