Searching for someone who can manually assess university webpages

I am looking for someone (or multiple people) who can assess 800 websites of four-year universities with at least one sustainability entity (an academic department, office, or research center with environmental, or conservation in the name) using a 37-variable sustainability web-assessment tool created by myself.
If you can do this through data-mining or coding, thats great, but I highly doubt it due to experience with others. I believe it will have to be done manually through a Google search of the institution, name, and the word sustainability. I have completed 400 web assessments. I can do 7-15 a day, but need help finishing my research. I am offering $1.00 for every web assessment completed. I will have to check behind you to make sure the data is correct.
