Your role would be to effectively coordinate & manage the online marketing, lead conversion process, reporting, tenants, events, documentation and systems for the company. Real Estate background a plus but not required.

Some activities may include:
- Manage Office Documents & Information
- Marketing Implementation Tracking & Reporting
- Prep Craigslist Ads
- Social Media
- Buyer Database Management
- Sales Representative & Client Follow-up
- Appointment setting and follow-up
- Voicemail & Website Maintenance
- Initial Tenant Communication & Tenant Relations - Payments, Maintenance and Follow-up
- Maintain Accounting Database (Quickbooks)
- Prepare Property Info Sheets
- Hire, Manage and Release of online team members
