Implement Active Directory and Application Server on vmware

We need to create virtual machine as Active directory (Domain)server for 100 users.
End users will be Thinclient users
Thinclient users will use MS office & Web browser only.
Thinclient user will login using Terminal services from Domain Server
Domain server will work as a Application Server for thin client users
we have three remote branches where approx 10-12 users working they also user thinclient and connect with domain. (currently there is no direct connectivity from Main office to branch office)

you need to design plan and implementation from scratch.
1. Hardware Requirements
2. OS, software & License requirement
3. Prepare Planning & Implementation Plan
4. How will remote users connect with server ??
4. Require time to implement plan and milestones.
