Overwrite a plugin

I need somebody who knows how to overwrite a plugin, we have a plugin called TI Template Invaders, they have a wishlist plugin and they made us a quoting system, the quote doesnt have the tax added and it doesnt have a email cc and customers cannot print as a PDF, instead of a link to the website wishlist, also the quantity box on the wishlist made by TI Template Invaders is too small, it only shows 1 digit (example Qty 10 it will show 1, 100 it will show 1).

We would like all those request added to the plugin; Tax on the quote, email CC to others, print as a PDF, on the wishlist Quantity box width increased.

Also our Frontend of the website we would like a shopping cart icon instead of a shopping bag and under My account we would like the name of the user to show on top when they sign in..

We have a woocommerce website anybody experience with developing a website and overwriting plugin needed!
