design a email client robot

(project purpose)
design a email client (outlook) robot software for auto sending email avioding the receiver boring.

(project content)
Auto senting email one by one, not group senting.
Avioding intercepting by the filter of receiver email.
Once filtering happens, the robot will sent messege to me.
Robot must suit for outlook 2007, outlook of office 2106, outlook of office 365
IP right should be supply.
Java or C# prefrence

Finishing project on time
Sourcing code is supplied
Robot can be used normally for 3 days
