We are facing issue during import Organization & Contacts from csv file.

We are facing issue during import Organization & Contacts from csv file.
We have created some users & each user has access of his Organization & Contacts.
Some time when they import contact it selects Organization of other users If other users Organization name is same.
When add opportunity & search contact is should search in selected organization only instead of global list.
When we create ticket for products, it should fetch Default organization name & Contact details when create it from product list.
Make some Column field fixed not moveable if possible.
