Looking for a technical architect (NOT A DEVELOPER) to create solution designs for a brand new video-based social networking app for iOS and Android

Experience:
-At least one production App in Apple Store and/or the Google Play store
-Working on apps with large volume of user generated content and video
-Designing systems for modern app technologies and frameworks (native iOS/Android and cross-platform)
-Secure Application Development Best Practices (i.e. OAUTH, SAML, OWASP)
-Experience working within AWS infrastructure / Public Cloud architectures, configurations, services, and solutions (Amazon Web Services Cloud Formation, EC2, ELB, S3, Autoscale, Cloudwatch; or relevant from other providers).
